We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and URL structures.
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes to improve site health.
Create and analyze performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content development.
Conduct A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for improved user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword planning tools.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with local SEO and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
Knowledge of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads is advantageous.
