About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven

SEO Specialist

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve website rankings, and increase overall digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth. Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, and site structure. Develop and execute off-page strategies such as backlink building and outreach. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization). Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred). 1 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in content marketing and keyword-driven content strategy. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms. Knowledge of PPC and other digital marketing channels. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
