Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to B2B SaaS clients
Set ambitious yet achievable growth targets and KPIs
Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and industry trends
Technical SEO:
Conduct in-depth technical audits of client websites
Implement advanced technical SEO optimizations (e.g., schema markup, site architecture improvements)
Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues
Content Strategy and Optimization:
Guide content strategy to align with SEO goals and B2B SaaS buyer journeys
Optimize existing content and identify new content opportunities
Implement advanced on-page optimizations beyond basic keyword placement
Analytics and Reporting:
Set up and manage advanced tracking and reporting systems
Provide insightful, action-oriented reports to clients and stakeholders
Use data to drive strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI
B2B SaaS Industry Focus:
Stay current with B2B SaaS industry trends and incorporate them into SEO strategies
Understand and optimize for complex B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
Innovation and Growth:
Proactively identify and test new SEO techniques and tools
Drive month-over-month growth through continuous strategy refinement
Consistently meet and exceed established SLAs and growth targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-6 years of SEO experience, with a focus on B2B and/or SaaS industries
Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and lead growth
Advanced technical SEO skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Knowledge of CMS platforms like Wordpress to publish blogs, update meta tags and upload sitemap etc.
Strong communication skills
Experience with creative content creation & management
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms used in B2B environments
Excellent presentation skills
