Role Summary

You will be responsible for executing SEO projects from start to finish, plus delivering training sessions on SEO topics. Your compensation will be based on project size (fixed payout per project when completed), plus a fixed payment for each training session delivered. You will be assigned a minimum number of projects each month, with opportunities to earn more depending on project volume and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Take ownership of SEO projects including keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, technical SEO audits, on?page/off?page optimization, site architecture improvements, etc.

Work with web development, content, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, conversions), report insights, suggest optimizations.

Ensure SEO best practices (site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, structured data, metadata, internal linking).

Manage multiple ongoing projects; meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Training

Deliver training sessions on SEO topics/tools/techniques (for internal teams, clients, or partners).

Prepare training materials: slide decks, hands?on exercises, case studies.

Collect feedback, refine training content over time.

Collaboration & Strategy

Estimate project size/complexity to define the appropriate payout.

Coordinate with senior management on project assignments, priorities, and strategy.

Stay up?to?date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, tools, and best practices.

Document procedures, maintain templates, share knowledge with other team members.

Compensation & Payout Structure

Project Payout: For each project you complete, you will receive a fixed amount, determined by project size & complexity. Payment is given after project delivery & approval.

Training Session Payment: Each training session you deliver will be compensated at ?1,000 per session.

Project Volume: At least six SEO projects will be assigned per month (could be more).

Skills & Qualifications

Strong technical SEO skills: e.g. site speed optimization, crawl / index audits, structured data, mobile friendliness, metadata optimization.

Excellent analytical skills: comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Understanding of content SEO: keyword research, content optimization, internal/external linking.

Experience working with CMSs (WordPress, etc.), and basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed.

Proven ability to deliver SEO results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, etc.).

Training / mentoring experience: able to teach SEO concepts clearly.

Remote working discipline: able to manage time, communicate proactively, work independently.

What You'll Deliver / Metrics

Number of projects completed per month (minimum of six)

Quality of SEO outcomes: improvement in rankings, organic traffic, reduced technical issues, etc.

Number of training sessions delivered, feedback from participants

Timeliness of delivery and responsiveness to revisions / stakeholder input

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
