Job Description

About the role:

We're looking for an SEO Specialist with 2+ years of experience to lead end-to-end SEO efforts across multiple clients, including technical audits, content optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

end-to-end SEO strategies

for multiple client projects. Conduct comprehensive

keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments

. Manage

on-page optimization

(meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup, site architecture, etc.) and

off-page SEO

(backlink outreach, citation building, and digital PR). Perform detailed

technical SEO audits

and collaborate with developers to resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues. Optimize

Core Web Vitals

, site speed, and mobile responsiveness. Monitor and enhance

local SEO

performance, including Google Business Profiles and location-specific visibility. Track, analyze, and report

SEO performance metrics

using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other professional tools. Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure

SEO alignment

across campaigns. Stay current with

Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices

to ensure ranking sustainability. Support

YouTube SEO

,

social SEO

, and

content distribution strategies

for client visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of proven SEO experience

, ideally in an agency or digital marketing environment. In-depth knowledge of

technical SEO

,

on-page/off-page optimization

, and

content strategy

. Proficiency with major SEO tools --

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

, and

Google Search Console

. Working knowledge of

HTML, CSS

, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build

clear, actionable reports and dashboards

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Bonus: Experience in

education, real estate, or healthcare SEO projects

Tools & Platforms Knowledge:

Google Analytics / GA4 Google Search Console SEMrush / Ahrefs Screaming Frog Yoast / RankMath Notion or Asana (for project and workflow management)

Note- Working Hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
