Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Remote

SEO Specialist

with expertise in

On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Local SEO/Geotargeting).

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of ranking websites in the

Top 10 Google positions

, driving organic growth, and optimizing for both traditional search and answer-based results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

SEO strategies

to improve organic visibility and achieve Top 10 Google rankings. Implement

On-Page SEO best practices

: keyword research, content optimization, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking. Perform

Technical SEO audits

and resolve issues such as crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data. Optimize for

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

by targeting featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), voice search queries, and zero-click search opportunities. Implement

GEO (Local SEO/Geotargeting)

strategies to improve visibility for specific regions, countries, or local markets. Conduct

competitor analysis

and keyword research to identify growth opportunities. Monitor, analyze, and report performance using

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools

(SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all initiatives. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and

emerging SEO trends

(AI search, SGE, voice search, etc.).

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

SEO Specialist

with a strong portfolio of

Top 10 Google rankings.

Deep knowledge of

On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization.

Proficiency in SEO tools:

SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC.

Experience in

schema markup, structured data, and rich snippets optimization.

Strong understanding of

local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, maps ranking).

Familiarity with

CMS platforms

(WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics

for SEO troubleshooting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

multi-location SEO campaigns.

Familiarity with

international SEO (hreflang, geotargeting).

Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications. Understanding of

content marketing, CRO, and UX optimization.
