About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies and practices to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall website visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct detailed keyword research and identify opportunities to optimize existing content and uncover new areas for growth.
Perform technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement in website performance.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking to enhance site structure and relevance.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
Manage off-page SEO, including backlink strategies, outreach, and link-building campaigns.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.
Provide SEO recommendations for website development, design, and site structure improvements.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
On-Page & Off-Page SEO:
Strong experience with both on-page optimization and off-page link-building strategies.
Content Optimization:
Familiarity with content creation processes and optimizing for SEO.
Technical SEO:
Knowledge of technical SEO, including website performance, page speed optimization, structured data, and crawling/indexing issues.
Keyword Research:
Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and apply findings to improve organic rankings.
Reporting & Analysis:
Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports to monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-Date Knowledge:
Understanding of current trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the SEO industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, communications, or a related field.
Experience in international SEO, e-commerce SEO, or local SEO.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO.
