Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior SEO Specialist

who can lead our SEO team and also train students in the fundamentals and advanced aspects of SEO. This dual-role position requires expertise in SEO strategy, implementation, and analytics, along with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire others.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting

2-hour training sessions in the morning

for students, followed by handling client projects, team management, and SEO strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily

2-hour SEO training sessions

for students in the morning. Lead and manage the in-house SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Develop and implement effective

SEO strategies

to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and overall visibility. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends. Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members. Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in SEO. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience in training or mentoring others will be a strong advantage. Leadership and team management skills.

Work Timing:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

or

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

(flexible as per requirement).

First 2 hours of the day

dedicated to training sessions, followed by project work.
