Job Summary

As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions for our clients. This is a

part-time, fully remote position (8-16 hours per week)

designed for a self-motivated expert looking for a flexible role. You will own all aspects of SEO, from technical audits and content strategy to performance analysis, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Audits:

Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop holistic strategies tailored to client objectives.

Technical SEO:

Analyze and optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.

On-Page & Content Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking while collaborating with content creators on SEO-driven calendars.

Off-Page & Authority Building:

Develop and execute sustainable, white-hat link-building strategies.

Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs, delivering clear, insightful reports.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our Singapore-based team to create a unified and powerful digital marketing strategy for our clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

2-4 years of direct experience in an SEO-focused role with a demonstrable portfolio of successful campaigns.

Technical Skills:

High proficiency with core SEO tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush) and technical tools like Screaming Frog.

Core Competencies:

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
