Job Summary



We are looking for an analytical and creative

SEO Specialist

to join our marketing team at Visko Group . In this role, you will be responsible for managing all search engine optimization activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Your primary goal will be to drive organic traffic, improve domain authority, and ensure our digital presence is optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic. Conduct deep

keyword research

to guide content teams and optimize existing pages. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes (e.g., site speed, sitemaps, redirects, and crawl errors). Execute on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.

2. Content & Link Building



Collaborate with content marketing teams to ensure content is high-quality, relevant, and SEO-friendly. Develop and implement

link-building strategies

to acquire high-quality backlinks. Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps in our content and backlink profile.

3. Analytics & Reporting



Monitor daily performance metrics using SEO tools. Analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid and organic search campaigns. Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions for management.

4. Industry Trends



Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms (e.g., Google Core Updates), and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications



Experience:

2years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints. Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Education:

BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field is preferred.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?10,066.33 - ?45,000.00 per month
