Job Profile: SEO Specialist / SEO Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the visibility of our website on search engines, driving organic traffic, and enhancing the overall online presence. This role requires strong knowledge of SEO strategies, analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities. Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site structure. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawling, indexing, and site speed issues. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices. Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Executive, or similar role. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development basics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. Knowledge of content marketing, PPC, and social media optimization is a plus. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
