Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven SEO/ASO Growth Specialist responsible for scaling

organic visibility across Google Search and mobile app stores. The role involves end-to-end

organic growth strategy across traffic acquisition, keyword growth, app rankings, and

conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute complete SEO roadmap Build topical authority & keyword cluster strategies across beauty, skincare, hair &
wellness domains

Optimize blogs, ingredient encyclopedia pages, skin-concern pages, and landing pages Execute on-page SEO improvements (meta tags, schema, internal linking, CTR
optimization)

Manage technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed Backlink acquisition--PR articles, influencer mentions, brand partnerships, guest

Perform competitor and SERP analysis to drive ranking improvement Track analytics performance (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog) Improve organic traffic, sign-ups, conversions, and & community reviews Build and manage app store optimization strategy (iOS & Android) Optimize metadata: title, subtitle, keywords, long & short description Research competitor apps and identify category positioning A/B test store listing creatives: screenshots, icon, preview video & feature graphics Improve store ranking and conversion rate for organic installs Develop rating & review strategy leveraging community & UGC Use tools like AppTweak, SensorTower, App Radar, Firebase etc
