We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to optimize our online content, boost search rankings, and drive organic traffic growth.

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings to generate quality leads. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a passion for staying current with industry trends and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases with high search potential. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs, for SEO. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact site performance. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest). Create and manage a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, collaborating with company requirements to produce optimized content. Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and other link-building strategies. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments. Prepare and deliver regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate holder in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Experience with keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO techniques. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members. Ability to work independently and manage projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with local SEO and optimizing for specific geographic regions. Knowledge of PPC advertising and how it integrates with SEO. Familiarity with website analytics and data visualization tools.
