About the Role

We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage end-to-end digital marketing activities including SEO, Social Media Management, and Email Template Designing. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-driven, and able to execute digital strategies that increase online visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities Track and improve rankings, organic traffic, and site performance Work with the content team to ensure SEO-driven content planning

SMM (Social Media Marketing)

Create and manage content calendars for all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) Handle daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking Run paid ad campaigns when required Analyse insights and ensure consistent brand presence Suggest creative ideas for improving reach and engagement

Email Marketing & Template Designing

Design professional, responsive

email templates

(Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.) Create HTML emailers/banners for campaigns Manage email campaigns, segmentation, and automation flows Monitor open rates, CTR, and improve performance through A/B testing

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.) Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Good command over HTML/CSS for email template design Proficiency in Canva / Adobe tools (added advantage) Strong communication and copywriting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Digital Marketing 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, and email design Proven track record of managing campaigns and delivering measurable results

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
