We are a Digital Marketing Company based out of Pune and focused on driving measurable online growth. We are looking for an experienced

SEO Specialist

who can develop and implement effective strategies to boost our website's visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive

keyword research

to identify high-value opportunities. Optimize

on-page SEO elements

such as titles, meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure. Plan and execute

off-page SEO strategies

, including link-building and outreach campaigns. Perform regular

SEO audits

and identify technical issues affecting website performance. Work closely with the

content and development teams

to implement SEO best practices. Analyze SEO performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

Monitor competitor performance and stay updated with

Google algorithm updates

and industry trends. Develop detailed

SEO reports

and communicate actionable insights to the management team. AI Content writing using latest tools and publish content on websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an

SEO Specialist / Executive

or similar role. Strong understanding of

search engine algorithms

and ranking strategies. Proficiency with

SEO tools

(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Excellent knowledge of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Experience with

WordPress / CMS platforms

and basic HTML/CSS. Strong

analytical and problem-solving

skills. Good

communication and reporting

skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with

local SEO

,

schema markup

, or

international SEO

. Understanding of

content marketing

and

keyword-driven content planning.

Knowledge of

AI tools for SEO

and automation techniques.
