SEO Growth Specialist -

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and AI-savvy SEO Growth Specialist who can own our entire search strategy--technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-optimized content. The ideal candidate stays ahead of Google algorithm changes, leverages ChatGPT and other AI models for scalable content workflows, and drives consistent organic growth across all digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Plan monthly/quarterly SEO roadmaps focused on high-impact growth opportunities.

Identify new keyword clusters, SERP trends, and content gaps.

2. Technical SEO

Conduct technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, sitemaps, robots optimization).

Work closely with developers to fix site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and technical issues.

Ensure compliance with latest Google updates (Helpful Content, Spam Brain, EEAT guidelines, etc.).

3. On-Page Optimization

Optimize pages for semantic search, topical authority, and high-intent keywords.

Create internal linking plans and content clustering models.

Perform regular title/meta/content A/B testing to improve CTR and rankings.

4. Content Strategy & AI Optimization

Use ChatGPT and other LLMs for content research, outline generation, semantic enrichment, and scalable content production.

Train and manage writers to produce EEAT-compliant, SEO-first, AI-enhanced content.

Create content calendars, keyword maps, pillar-cluster structures, and SEO playbooks.

5. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

Build strong backlink profiles through strategic outreach, PR, guest posts, and digital partnerships.

Monitor link quality (toxicity checks), disavow harmful links, and strengthen domain authority.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and analyze KPIs: rankings, traffic, conversions, bounce rate, LTV impact.

Manage tools like Google Search Console, Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, Surfer, Frase, etc.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights with actionable next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3-7 years' experience in SEO with proven results in scaling organic traffic.

Strong knowledge of Google's latest algorithms and ranking factors.

Experience optimizing websites using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).

Proficiency in SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, PageSpeed Insights, etc.

Strong understanding of technical SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.

Ability to create and optimize long-form, short-form, and programmatic SEO content.

Excellent analytical skills; data-driven decision-making.

Good to Have

Experience in eCommerce SEO, especially Shopify/Amazon listings.

Understanding of social SEO (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Experience working with product/tech teams in fast-moving environments.
