We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic for multiple client and in-house projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema)
Handle technical SEO issues including:
Site speed optimization
Crawlability & indexing
Core Web Vitals
Mobile optimization
Plan and execute content SEO strategies aligned with search intent
Manage off-page SEO & link-building campaigns (white-hat only)
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools
Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers
Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for SEO purposes)
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
Ability to perform SEO audits and fix technical issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international or local SEO
Knowledge of E-E-A-T principles
Experience in IT, SaaS, or agency environments
Basic understanding of PPC & digital marketing funnels
