The SEO & Google Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing both
organic (SEO)
and
paid (Google Ads)
marketing strategies to maximize website visibility, traffic, and conversions. The role involves keyword analysis, ad campaign management, on-page/off-page SEO optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of ROI through data-driven insights.
and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking for better search rankings.
Implement
on-page and off-page SEO
strategies, including link building and content optimization.
Conduct
technical SEO audits
to improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
Manage
local SEO
strategies including Google Business Profile optimization.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like
Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
.
Collaborate with web developers and content creators to implement SEO best practices.
Google Ads (PPC) Management:
Create, manage, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
Conduct keyword bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking setup.
Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per click (CPC).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed monthly reports.
Implement
remarketing campaigns
and
A/B testing
to improve ad performance.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policies, trends, and updates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across SEO and PPC campaigns.
Provide
weekly and monthly reports
to management and clients with actionable insights.
Recommend strategies for continuous improvement in visibility and conversions.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in SEO and Google Ads management.
Strong understanding of
Google algorithms, ranking factors, and PPC bidding systems
.
Proficiency with tools such as
Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Tag Manager, and Excel
.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing ad spend for multiple clients or campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong understanding of
