The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving the company's online visibility and driving organic traffic to websites through effective search engine optimization strategies. This role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing web pages and content, building quality backlinks, and monitoring performance metrics. The specialist will collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure all digital assets follow SEO best practices and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, internal linking, and backlinks.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Work closely with the content and marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (on-page & off-page).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
