Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong foundation in both on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO audits, and content optimization. You'll take ownership of all SEO initiatives for Quanta Ops, ensuring consistent growth in organic traffic, visibility, and keyword rankings across all digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute SEO strategy across multiple websites and microsites.
Perform detailed technical SEO audits, crawl analysis, and implement solutions to fix indexing, speed, and structure issues.
Manage keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
Plan and execute effective on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking).
Collaborate with content writers to guide SEO-rich content (blogs, landing pages, product copy).
Develop and execute link-building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and backlink audits.
Monitor SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate) and prepare monthly performance reports.
Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Required Skills & Tools
Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals: on-page, off-page, and technical.
Google Search Console Google Analytics (GA4) Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Ubersuggest Screaming Frog / Sitebulb PageSpeed Insights / GTMetrix Surfer SEO / Clearscope / Frase (nice to have)
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics from an SEO perspective.
Familiar with schema markup, robots.txt, sitemaps, and canonical tags.
Proven success in improving keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.
Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
Knowledge about writing blogs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in or with tech companies, SaaS brands, or real estate tech platforms.
Understanding of local SEO and international SEO.
Knowledge of AI-generated content optimization and tools like ChatGPT for scale.
