The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for search engines.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues.
Build and maintain backlinks through outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Generate and present regular SEO performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
