This role offers the opportunity to drive organic growth for high-traffic websites through strategic SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for optimizing content, performing competitor analyses, managing link-building efforts, and ensuring technical SEO excellence. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with content writers, outreach specialists, and web developers to deliver measurable results. The role requires a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Accountabilities

• Optimize website structure, content, and performance to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Build and maintain semantic core, clusters, and competitor audits to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop SEO dashboards, checklists, and detailed instructions for content writers and outreach teams.
• Oversee link-building campaigns, ensuring all placements are properly indexed and anchored.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve crawlability and indexability.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with content, outreach, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Middle SEO Specialist with experience managing websites of 100+ pages, ideally for US markets.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth (monitorable via Ahrefs).
• Familiarity with agency or in-house work for eCommerce or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong expertise in building semantic cores, cluster analyses, competitor and link audits.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools including Moz, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Ability to administer WordPress and handle hosting-related issues.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Docs.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Technical setup: Minimum Intel Core i7/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 12 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, 2 GB graphics; stable internet with upload ?25 Mbps and download ?40 Mbps; reliable power and backup internet.
