Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website copy, landing pages, and metadata for relevant search terms and user intent.

Technical SEO:

Conduct regular audits to improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and schema markup.

Keyword Research:

Identify high-value keywords and perform "gap analysis" to find new ranking opportunities.

Off-Page SEO:

Execute ethical link-building strategies and manage digital PR outreach to boost domain authority.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, report, and analyse website analytics using tools like GA4 and Google Search Console to refine strategies.
Requirements

Experience:

2-4+ years of proven SEO experience (Agency or In-house).

Tools:

Proficiency in standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Coding Basics:

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Adaptability:

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM (including AI search and Core Web Vitals).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
