Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and strategic

SEO Specialist

with

proven experience

in driving organic traffic and improving search engine visibility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

with a strong understanding of the latest search algorithms and AI-driven SEO practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for improved site performance. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Advanced SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization):

Optimize for featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and voice search. Build strategies to rank in

Google Discover, AI Overviews, and rich snippets

. Stay updated on AI-driven search trends and integrate them into SEO practices.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure performance. Track KPIs including rankings, impressions, CTR, traffic, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports to management.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience

in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proven success in improving organic rankings and traffic for websites. Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4. Experience with

AEO, schema markup, and AI-driven SEO

. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with content, design, and development teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
