Role Overview

As our

SEO & AI Marketing Expert

, you will spearhead our search engine optimisation strategy across multiple regions, leveraging AI tools and GEO targeting to enhance our online visibility, boost lead generation, and drive organic traffic to our website and clinic-specific landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute and optimise

multi-location SEO strategies

for Medica Stem Cells' clinics worldwide.

Implement advanced

GEO-targeted content

, local SEO practices, and structured data to improve visibility in location-specific searches.

Conduct detailed

keyword research

, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.

Utilise

AI tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, SEMrush AI, etc.) to automate content planning, optimisation, and trend analysis.

Collaborate with content, design and web teams to publish optimised, user-friendly content aligned with SEO best practices.

Manage and build high-quality backlinks, citations, and local listings (Google Business, Yelp, etc.).

Monitor and improve

Core Web Vitals

, site architecture, crawlability, and page indexing.

Keep abreast of algorithm updates, AI trends, and geo-marketing strategies.

Provide monthly reporting and actionable insights to management.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO with emphasis on

GEO & local SEO strategies

Demonstrated experience using

AI marketing tools

and automation platforms

Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, and schema implementation

Technical SEO knowledge including sitemaps, indexing, canonicalisation, crawl budget, site speed optimisation

Solid understanding of keyword intent, content strategy, and on-page optimisation

Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Background in healthcare or wellness industry marketing

Experience with international SEO and multi-language targeting

Familiarity with Paid Search, Google Ads, or AI-driven ad platforms is a plus
