Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize website content, improve organic rankings, and drive qualified traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical and content SEO knowledge, understands search engine algorithms, and can implement strategies that increase search visibility and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic search performance. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify content opportunities based on search trends and business goals. Optimize website pages, blog posts, product pages, and landing pages for target keywords. Perform regular SEO audits and fix crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and site structure issues. Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices in content creation and website design. Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority and off-page SEO. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript for technical SEO. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with content marketing, link-building, and keyword tracking strategies.
