The SEO Specialist will focus on increasing the company's website visibility and ranking on search engines. The candidate will be responsible for keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, and tracking performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals.
Perform on-page SEO tasks such as meta tagging, internal linking, schema markup, and URL structuring.
Optimize content for readability, keyword density, and search intent.
Create and execute off-page strategies such as guest posting, backlink generation, and influencer collaboration.
Use SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest) for competitor and performance analysis.
Monitor crawl errors, indexing issues, and penalties using Google Search Console.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on SEO KPIs.
Profile Requirements:
Female candidate with 2+ years of SEO experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/IT/Journalism preferred.
Strong command over HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Knowledge of Google Algorithm updates and E-A-T guidelines.
Detail-oriented and strong analytical thinking.
Must have a proven portfolio or case studies showing improved SEO rankings.
