Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development:

Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to business goals. Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for high-impact content.

Website Optimization:

Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for search engines. Conduct regular website audits to improve performance and fix technical issues. Ensure website structures align with best SEO practices.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Guide the team on search engine updates and integrate SEO seamlessly into content strategy.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze website analytics, traffic trends, and keyword performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Prepare regular reports on SEO progress and recommend actionable improvements.

Link-Building:

Implement off-page SEO strategies, including quality link-building initiatives. Research and reach out to potential partners for backlink opportunities.

Staying Updated:

Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques. Adapt strategies to stay competitive and achieve consistent results.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role (2+ years preferred). Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
