Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented
SEO Specialist
with 3+ years of experience to lead and elevate our clients' organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and search trends with a strong understanding of the latest Google algorithm updates, EEAT guidelines, and emerging areas like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with the latest best practices and algorithm changes.
Conduct keyword research with a focus on user intent, geo-targeted content, and semantic SEO.
Optimize websites and landing pages for AEO, featured snippets, and voice search readiness.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure EEAT-compliant, high-performing content structures and topical authority.
Perform regular site audits to identify issues related to speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
Monitor organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Execute and manage link-building campaigns with a focus on ethical, white-hat strategies.
Track keyword rankings, search visibility, and SERP behavior to make data-backed decisions.
Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms, AI-generated search results, and emerging tools.
Generate SEO reports and insights for internal teams and client presentations with actionable recommendations.
Contribute ideas for content clusters, pillar strategies, and entity-based optimization.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
Technical Expertise:
Solid knowledge of technical SEO, site structure, page speed optimization, and schema implementation.
Content SEO:
Ability to guide content teams in building EEAT-driven content and structured optimization.
Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
Algorithm Awareness:
Up-to-date with Google's core updates, spam policies, and Search Generative Experience (SGE) changes.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve strategy.
Communication:
Good documentation and presentation skills for sharing reports and recommendations.
Initiative:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative in working with cross-functional teams.
