Role Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic SEO & Digital Content Executive

who blends

technical SEO expertise with strong visual and social media execution

. This role demands hands-on involvement in

content creation, reels shooting, carousel design

, and performance-driven digital growth for luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Performance

Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility Conduct keyword research aligned with luxury real estate & second-home search intent Optimize landing pages, blogs, and project microsites Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools

Content & Social Media Execution

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit

Instagram Reels

(site visits, walkthroughs, lifestyle narratives) Design and publish

carousel posts

for Instagram & LinkedIn Collaborate with branding & sales teams to align content with business goals Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand tone

Digital Growth

Improve engagement, reach, and lead quality through organic channels Support paid campaign teams with SEO-backed insights and creatives Stay updated with algorithm changes, social trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of proven experience in

SEO & digital content marketing

Hands-on experience with

Reels shooting, basic video editing, and carousel creation

Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies Familiarity with real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console) Creative mindset with analytical thinking
