Job Description

We're seeking an analytical and strategic SEO Specialist to enhance our brand's online presence, improve search rankings, and drive organic growth. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. You'll work closely with the content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure our SEO strategy aligns with business goals and achieves measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

: Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and new opportunities for content creation.

On-Page & Technical SEO

: Optimize website structure, meta tags, headers, images, and other elements for SEO. Conduct site audits to identify issues affecting performance and recommend solutions. Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.

Content Optimization

: Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content. Provide recommendations for blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions to ensure they align with SEO goals. Track and refine the effectiveness of content, focusing on improving rankings for target keywords.

Link Building & Off-Page SEO

: Develop and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic. Identify and establish relationships with relevant industry websites for guest posting, backlinks, and other off-site SEO tactics.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics, growth trends, and actionable insights. Monitor SEO performance and adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and competitive analysis.

Stay Current on SEO Trends

: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices. Proactively recommend adjustments to strategies based on industry changes.
