Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Digital Marketing Project Manager
with strong
client communication expertise. This role requires excellent English proficiency, project
handling skills, and in-depth knowledge of SEO, SMO, PPC, and paid ads management. You
will act as the primary point of contact for international clients (USA/CANADA), ensuring
smooth project execution, transparent communication, and driving client satisfaction as well as
business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management
oMaintain excellent
US/UK English verbal and written communication.
oAct as the
main client-facing representative
, addressing queries through calls,
emails, and meetings.
oProvide
regular follow-ups, status updates
, and reports to clients.
oBuild strong relationships to improve client retention and satisfaction.

Project Management
oManage and coordinate
SEO, SMO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other
campaigns
for US/Canada clients.
oCollaborate with internal teams (SEO, SMO, Graphic Design, Content, Design,
and Development,) to ensure smooth execution.
oMonitor timelines, deliverables, and project quality to ensure KPIs are met.
oIdentify gaps, risks, and proactively provide solutions.

Performance & Strategy
oExpert to Run and
oversee Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with proven
ROI.
oTrack performance metrics and present clear, data-driven reports to clients.
oEnsure all campaigns are aligned with client goals and budgets.

Upselling & Business Growth
oIdentify opportunities to
upsell additional services
(SEO, PPC, Content, Web,
Social Media).
oPresent customized strategies to clients for business expansion.
oContribute ideas to enhance client revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Requirements & Qualifications
?
Mandatory
: Excellent
US/CANADA English communication skills
(both verbal &
written).
?
Proven experience
in handling international digital marketing clients.
?Strong knowledge of
SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SMO, and Paid Campaigns.
?Hands-on experience in
running ad campaigns for USA clients with measurable
results.
?Familiarity with tools like
Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business
Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar
.
?Strong organizational skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
?Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts while keeping client satisfaction a
priority.
?Experience in
upselling services
and contributing to business growth.
?Preferred candidates from
Digital Marketing agencies or companies
.
Preferred Skills
?
Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp.
?Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
