About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

SEO Project Coordinator

to manage SEO projects, coordinate with teams, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing tasks. If you understand SEO and love managing workflows -- this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities SEO Coordination & Execution

Coordinate and manage daily SEO tasks Assist with keyword research, on-page optimization & content updates Ensure timely execution and quality of off-page activities Maintain the quality standards of all SEO deliverables

Tracking & Reporting

Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and website insights Create weekly/monthly SEO performance reports Identify gaps & suggest strategic improvements

Team & Client Coordination

Coordinate between SEO executives, content writers, designers & clients Ensure timely completion of tasks Provide clear communication and updates to clients

Website & Technical Support

Work with developers for technical SEO fixes Monitor website health (speed, indexing, errors) Assist with landing page optimization

Skills Required

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO Excellent communication & coordination skills Ability to manage multiple SEO projects Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Strong attention to detail & reporting ability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field 1-4 years of experience in SEO or project coordination
