We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & PPC Specialist to manage both organic and paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will handle SEO strategies, improve search rankings, manage PPC campaigns across platforms, and drive measurable traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:_
SEO Responsibilities
Perform keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
Implement on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, content, URL structure, schema markup).
Execute off-page activities including link-building, guest posts, outreach campaigns.
Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, speed, and mobile usability.
Monitor organic performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
Analyze competitors and recommend improvements based on insights.
PPC Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & YouTube).
Create and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads for lead generation.
Conduct PPC keyword research, build ad groups, and create high-performing ad copy.
Track campaign performance daily and optimize for ROI and lower CPL.
Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.
Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of SEO ranking factors, Google algorithms, and PPC best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) & PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
Ability to create results-driven ad strategies and optimize budgets.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
