At Z Plus Disposable Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad We are seeking a result-driven

Senior SEO & PPC Ad Executive

to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives focused on organic search growth and paid advertising.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in core SEO practices, and proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and content for higher visibility. Track and analyze website performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and SERP rankings. Collaborate with the content team for SEO-friendly content creation. Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword bidding, A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and conversion tracking. Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness. Develop remarketing and display ad strategies to boost brand visibility and conversions.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare monthly reports on SEO rankings, traffic performance, and ad campaign results. Use data insights to refine campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum

1 year of core SEO experience

(technical, on-page, and off-page). Hands-on experience with

Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

, and

Google Analytics

. Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building techniques. Proficiency in SEO & PPC tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest. Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
