About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Executive

to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. If you're passionate about data, optimization, and growth, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns on

Facebook Ads

and

Google Ads

? Conduct thorough

keyword research

and

audience segmentation

to improve targeting accuracy.

? Design and run

A/B tests

for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.

? Must have skills to write script & create

explainer and promotional videos

.

? Continuously monitor and

analyze campaign performance

, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.

?

Manage budgets and bids

effectively to ensure optimal spending and lead generation.

? Optimize the

marketing funnel

to improve lead quality and drive higher enrolment rates.

? Work closely with content and design teams to develop creative assets aligned with campaign goals.

? Generate and present detailed

performance reports

to internal stakeholders regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 2-5 years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing

, specifically on Facebook and Google platforms, with a minimum budget of Rs. 50,00,000/ month

? Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager

,

Google Analytics

, and

Tag Manager

.

? Experience with

audience targeting

,

retargeting

, and funnel optimization techniques.

? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.

? Excellent

communication and presentation

skills.

? Proficient in

AI tool

workflow automation

(N8N, ChatGPT, Integrately, etc)

? Experience in coding languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, React, Node & Angular Js)

? Ability to multitask and work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.

? Prior experience in the

Education or Ed-tech

industry is a strong advantage.

? Agency Experience is preferred
