About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Executive

to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns on

Facebook Ads

and

Google Ads

.


Conduct thorough

keyword research

and

audience segmentation

to improve targeting accuracy.


Design and run

A/B tests

for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.


Must have skills to write script & create

explainer and promotional videos

.


Continuously monitor and

analyze campaign performance

, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.

Manage budgets and bids

effectively to ensure optimal spending and lead generation.


Optimize the

marketing funnel

to improve lead quality and drive higher enrolment rates.


Work closely with content and design teams to develop creative assets aligned with campaign goals.


Generate and present detailed

performance reports

to internal stakeholders regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing

, specifically on Facebook and Google platforms, with a minimum budget of Rs. 50,00,000/ month


Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager

,

Google Analytics

, and

Tag Manager

.


Experience with

audience targeting

,

retargeting

, and funnel optimization techniques.


Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.


Excellent

communication and presentation

skills.


Proficient in

AI tool

workflow automation

(N8N, ChatGPT, Integrately, etc)


Experience in coding languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, React, Node & Angular Js)


Ability to multitask and work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.


Prior experience in the

Education or Ed-tech

industry is a strong advantage.


Agency Experience is preferred
