Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
SEO strategies
to improve Fleurveda's organic search ranking, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct
keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
aligned with beauty & wellness search trends.
Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for the website and e-commerce platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize
for SEO audits, campaign optimization, and predictive analytics.
Monitor and analyze website performance, CTRs, CAC, ROAS, and overall digital marketing ROI.
Collaborate with content, design, and PR teams to ensure campaigns align with brand storytelling.
Stay updated with
beauty marketing trends, AI-driven SEO, and paid media innovations
.
Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in
SEO + Performance Marketing
, ideally in the
beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry
.
Strong understanding of
Google algorithms, keyword strategy, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, etc.)
.
Proven track record in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns, and retargeting strategies
