hands-on execution role
, not just planning. You will work closely with strategists, designers, and content teams to drive measurable traffic, leads, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities SEO (Primary Responsibility)
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Build and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies
Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking
Manage off-page SEO including backlinks, guest posts, and digital PR
Perform SEO audits and fix technical issues (Core Web Vitals, indexing, redirects)
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs or SEMrush
Create clear monthly SEO reports with insights and next steps
Paid Ads (Meta + Google)
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube)
Set up conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
Optimise campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversions
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Search Console
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Google Tag Manager
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
Keyword research & reporting tools
CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify
Requirements
2 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO and paid ads
Strong understanding of search intent, funnels, and performance metrics
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and reporting skills
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Agency experience
Experience in international markets (US, UK, GCC)
Landing page CRO knowledge
Basic understanding of email marketing and funnels
