Roles and Responsibilities
Execute back-link acquisition activities (email outreach, phone calls, internal reporting and communication and good knowledge on content creation)
Contact and collaborate with website owners/admins, influencers, journalists, bloggers, etc.
You will be responsible for manage and update the SaaS websites of us.
Collaborate with the Outreach Specialist all the time.
Responsible for all day-to-day functions including Site listing, Outreach, Email, sheets updation, creating templates, data manage, handling the SaaS platform, Client's requirements (Product listing), client understanding etc.
Discuss technical elements with the Development Team and will have to improve the SaaS platform and user experience too.
Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to manage all the sites and to manage current projects, collaborate with Development as required.
Prepare and present monthly reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or Journalism is preferred, but graduates from any other streams may apply.
1+ years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Majestic and other Link Building platforms or similar SEO-tools.
Proven experience planning and implementing back-link campaigns, Need superior knowledge about blogging industry,
Highly self-motivated, must be able to deliver results without constant supervision
Basic knowledge in SEO - knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in managing high-pressure situations and working effectively in critical conditions.
Experience with the Digital Marketing workflow.
Email skills, CRM knowledge, Chat, and customer support knowledge and experience.
Good communication skills.
SEO understanding.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using SEO tools such as
SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, google analytics, Majestic and other Link Building platforms or similar SEO-tools.
