Paid Marketing Expert
to lead our digital advertising efforts, focusing exclusively on the
U.K. Healthcare market
. The ideal candidate must be proficient in managing high-volume, results-oriented campaigns on
Meta Ads and Google Ads
while ensuring absolute compliance with sensitive data regulations (GDPR) and UK advertising standards.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Video) and
Meta Ads
(Facebook, Instagram) to drive qualified patient leads.
Compliance & Ethics:
Ensure all campaigns, creatives, and landing pages strictly adhere to
GDPR, HIPAA guidelines (where applicable)
, and U.K. advertising regulations concerning medical services and patient privacy.
Optimization & ROI:
Continuously monitor and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and audience targeting to achieve aggressive targets for
CPL (Cost Per Lead)
and maximize
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
.
Testing & Iteration:
Conduct rigorous
A/B testing
on ad copy, visuals (especially for sensitive content), and landing page flows to improve conversion rates while maintaining compliance.
Tracking & Reporting:
Implement and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.), analyze performance using GA4, and provide clear, actionable reports focused on lead quality and conversion efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compliant, high-performing assets for the healthcare niche.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years
of dedicated, hands-on experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns.
Platform Mastery:
Expert proficiency in
Google Ads
and
Meta Business Suite
.
Industry Experience:
Proven experience or deep familiarity with the
Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical Services industry
is highly preferred.
Compliance Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the necessity of
GDPR/data privacy
rules in advertising, particularly when targeting the U.K. market.
Analytics:
Strong proficiency with
Google Analytics (GA4)
and data attribution models.
