We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
SEO & Paid Media Marketing Analyst
to optimize our organic search presence and manage our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook/Instagram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of SEO technical expertise, data analysis skills, and hands-on experience in managing high-performing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights to maximize our ROI across all channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Technical SEO:
Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, site structure) and work with development teams to implement fixes and best practices.
On-Page & Off-Page:
Manage on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking) and execute effective off-page strategies, including link-building and local SEO (where applicable).
Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)
Campaign Management:
Build, manage, and optimize all paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Lead Generation formats.
Budget & Bidding:
Strategically manage advertising budgets, perform daily bid adjustments, and monitor spend to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Design and execute continuous A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Quality Score, and Conversion Rate.
Audience & Targeting:
Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to refine targeting parameters on both platforms (e.g., custom audiences, lookalike audiences, in-market segments).
Analysis & Reporting
Performance Monitoring:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels (SEO, Google Ads, FB Ads), including organic traffic, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Data Analysis:
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific tools (Google Ads & Facebook Ad Manager) to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Actionable Insights:
Generate clear, concise reports and present actionable recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
[2-4] years of proven, hands-on experience
managing and optimizing both SEO and paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Facebook Ads/Meta Ads).
Expert proficiency with
Google Analytics (GA4)

Facebook Business/Ad Manager

In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Experience with advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and presenting performance reports.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Google Analytics
are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
