SEO Manager

to oversee projects, lead our SEO team, and ensure smooth execution of strategies through effective planning and meetings.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead SEO projects end-to-end (technical, on-page, off-page, content). Plan, organize, and run team meetings to assign tasks, review progress, and resolve challenges. Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices. Supervise and mentor SEO executives, monitor their performance, and provide guidance. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits. Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO innovations, and industry trends.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SEO (agency background preferred). Proven success in ranking websites and improving organic performance. Strong expertise in technical SEO, link building, and content optimization. Prior experience managing a team and leading client-facing meetings. Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong client-handling and reporting abilities.
