Join our team as an SEO Manager & Social Media Growth Strategist! This role goes beyond traditional SEO - you'll manage website migrations, oversee multilingual content strategies (Hindi, English, and more), and drive engagement across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. You'll own everything from technical audits to UGC optimization and WhatsApp growth campaigns, ensuring our digital presence resonates with both urban and rural audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seamless website migration (WordPress to Publish Story) with zero loss of traffic Lead multilingual SEO strategies and optimize a variety of content formats Oversee SEO optimization for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Run regular technical and content audits; resolve site speed, crawlability, and indexation issues Analyze and report on SEO, GEO, and engagement performance; recommend and execute strategies Drive steady growth in pageviews, engagement, followers, and overall channel health Collaborate with developers, content teams, and management to align on SEO best practices Plan and initiate growth campaigns, monitor Google bot reports, and track monthly KPIs

Qualifications:

4-5+ years as an SEO lead/senior manager (website plus social platforms) Managed large website migrations and technical SEO projects Hands-on with multilingual SEO; content localization and hreflang management Comfortable with analytics tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics/Search Console) Strong collaborative and communication skills WordPress experience is a plus
