: SEO Specialist (with Digital Marketing, Social Media & Training Responsibilities)Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
SEO Specialist
with strong expertise in
digital marketing and social media management
who can also
train and mentor
team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing website visibility, optimizing content, managing campaigns, and empowering others through structured training sessions.
This role requires a blend of
hands-on execution
and
knowledge sharing
to strengthen both performance and internal capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Core Responsibility)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
Optimize website architecture, content, landing pages, and metadata.
Manage technical SEO elements (site speed, indexing, schema markup).
Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
Run
PPC/paid ads
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
Develop content strategies aligned with SEO and marketing goals.
Collaborate with content creators and designers for optimized blogs, videos, and creatives.
Social Media Management
Develop strategies for organic growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts, reels, and stories.
Track and analyze engagement, reach, and conversions.
Align social media campaigns with SEO and overall digital marketing strategy.
Training & Mentorship
Conduct
training sessions and workshops
on SEO, social media, and digital marketing tools.
Mentor junior team members and interns on execution best practices.
Prepare training materials (guides, SOPs, checklists) for in-house learning.
Keep the team updated on
latest algorithm changes, digital trends, and emerging tools
.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate monthly/quarterly performance reports across SEO, ads, and social media.
Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Train staff on using analytics dashboards for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in
SEO, digital marketing, and social media management
.
Prior experience in
training, mentoring, or team leadership
is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and social media analytics.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics for training purposes.
