This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and the luxury hospitality industry. The candidate will play a key role in increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing online visibility for our resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits.
Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and images for SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure SEO standards are met.
Monitor, track, and report performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and hospitality industry standards.
Improve local SEO and manage online listings (Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, etc.).
Work closely with the social media and paid media teams for integrated digital strategies.
Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and promotional campaigns for search visibility.
Ensure mobile and UX compatibility from an SEO perspective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel sector.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs.
Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.), and web performance tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
