This is a Full time role of SEO Manager job in Ludhiana.As the SEO/Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO and digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion rates. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

Monitor and analyze website traffic metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and content creation. Communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to improve digital marketing performance and achieve business goals. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback for project success.

Qualifications:-

Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies with measurable results. Strong client communication and team handling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Leadership experience to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
