About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

SEO Manager

to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy, team management, and performance marketing, with the ability to drive measurable growth in traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

SEO strategies

to improve organic search rankings and traffic for company websites. Manage and mentor the SEO team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Conduct

keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends

to identify growth opportunities. Oversee

on-page and off-page optimization

, including content, backlinks, and technical SEO. Collaborate with the

content, marketing, and web development teams

to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Stay updated with the latest

Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

. Develop and execute

local SEO strategies

to strengthen brand visibility in the Indore region. Plan and manage SEO budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.

4-7 years of proven SEO experience

, with at least

2+ years in a managerial role

. Strong understanding of

Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools

. Knowledge of

technical SEO

, schema markup, site audits, and mobile optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience with

real estate, IT, or service-based industries

is a plus.
