Role: SEO Manager
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in technical SEO and AI-based optimization.
Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
Location: Kochi
Shift: UK Shift (1:30 pm - 10:30 pm / 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST)
Salary : 4 LPA - 5.5 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to enhance our digital presence, drive organic traffic, and optimize journalist-written content using technical SEO and AI-based strategies.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance for B2B content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking.
• Work with journalist-written content to ensure SEO best practices without altering editorial quality.
• Leverage AI-based tools for keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and report SEO performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO improvements.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and AI-driven optimization techniques

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.
• Ability to optimize journalist-written B2B content without compromising editorial integrity.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in B2B media or publishing is highly preferred.
