Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking for maximum search performance.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across all digital assets.
Manage technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and more.
Build and execute a robust backlink acquisition strategy while maintaining link profile health.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.), using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
Stay up to date with the latest algorithm changes and search engine trends to proactively adapt strategies.
Mentor junior SEO team members and coordinate with external vendors/agencies as needed.
Collaborate on international SEO or multilingual site strategy if applicable.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-6+ years of proven experience in SEO with a successful track record of improving rankings and traffic.
Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and technical website infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot.
Proficient in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale websites or e-commerce SEO.
Knowledge of schema markup, core web vitals, and mobile-first indexing.
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
Familiarity with CRO, UX, and broader digital marketing strategies.
