Shamoor Media Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and manage search engine optimization strategies across multiple client and in-house projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic growth, manage teams, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Manage on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking.
Oversee technical SEO aspects such as site audits, page speed optimization, crawlability, and indexing.
Plan and execute off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach strategies.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Prepare and present detailed SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with content, web, and performance marketing teams to align SEO goals.
Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
Lead, guide, and review the work of SEO executives or team members.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools.
Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in team management is a plus.
